Job Summary
Lead shifts by supervising team members to ensure exceptional customer service, adherence to brand standards and food safety requirements, and completion of daily opening/closing checklists. Manage POS transactions and cash handling, train new hires, monitor compliance with policies, perform food handling tasks, stock and sanitize workstation, and proactively cross-sell/up-sell products while maintaining product knowledge and delivering a positive traveler experience.

- Shift leadership or supervisory experience preferred
