Job Summary
Manage daily restaurant operations for Moe's Southwest Grill, ensuring 100% guest satisfaction across quality, service, and cleanliness while optimizing profits through Sterling Systems. Oversee 15-25 team members by providing direction on operational procedures, delivering ongoing feedback, and fostering a positive community reputation. Enforce food safety standards, maintain strict cleanliness protocols, and control food flow from receiving to serving to minimize waste. Ensure security procedures are in place, complete necessary injury reports, and coordinate catering deliveries as needed. Perform duties involving prolonged standing, lifting up to 50 pounds, and operating hot equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Must be eligible to work in The United States
- Must agree to a background check
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Must be able to handle the pressures of simultaneously coordinating a wide range of activities and team members
- Must possess good communication skills
- Ability to effectively multi-task
- Ability to effectively supervise 15-25 team members
- Must be able to perform all functions at the restaurant level as well as delivering caterings as needed
- Work with hot, cold and hazardous restaurant equipment
- Operation of phones, computers and other office equipment
- Self-discipline

Desired Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience recommended
