Job Summary
Shift Leader responsible for managing daily restaurant operations, guest satisfaction, and team development while optimizing profitability using Sterling Systems. Oversees all areas of the restaurant to ensure guest satisfaction and 100% adherence to quality, service, and cleanliness standards. Directs 15-25 team members, provides ongoing feedback, and fosters a positive, community-recognized workplace. Enforces food safety practices, supports operational standards, and manages food flow from ordering to service to maintain high-quality product with low waste. Requires leadership, strong communication, ability to multi-task, and proficiency with MS Word/Excel; must hold a valid driver’s license and be eligible to work in the United States; must pass a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Previous restaurant experience recommended
- Knowledge of computers (MS Word and Excel)
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Must be eligible to work in The United States
- Must agree to a background check
