Job Summary
Shift Supervisor to lead restaurant operations during scheduled shifts, mentor and train new hires, ensure guest experiences meet MOD standards, deploy squad effectively, manage deployment charts, oversee program rollouts, and uphold food safety across Front and Back of House while maintaining MOD’s values. The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, deployment accuracy, and guiding the squad to deliver the best MOD experience on every shift.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service or restaurant experience
- Proven success as a mentor, trainer, or informal leader
- Proven ability to prioritize and make decisions
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must obtain a food safety certification and/or alcohol beverage certification within 30 days of start date or where required by law
- Proficient in written and oral communication
- Ability to support restaurant hours working a minimum of 3 shifts and 18 hours per week; peak demand hours as determined by GM/DM
