Shift Supervisor

As Shift Supervisor at the Barn - Harvester, you’ll lead a team in day-to-day site operations, act as a host for guests, train and develop staff, and maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety while delivering great service. You’ll be a shift leader, role model for your team, and help ensure guests feel welcome, contributing to a positive dining experience at Mitchells & Butlers brands. The role includes supervising shifts, supporting training, and upholding brand standards in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
