Keep the shop clean, stocked, and running efficiently; handle guest questions or concerns with professionalism and warmth. Ensure food safety, cash handling, and operational standards are always met. Support training and help newer team members feel confident and capable. Communicate clearly with management about what's working and what needs attention. Be the connector—bridging leadership expectations with the day-to-day energy of the team.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service or food service experience
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Energy and stamina — you'll be movin' and shakin' all shift long
