Job Summary
Lead opening and closing duties, rally the team, and provide clear coaching feedback to meet or exceed shift goals. Manage labor, maintain safety and food quality standards, and handle cash management while executing customer complaints resolution. Craft high-quality milkshakes, sundaes, and chocolates to presentation standards, drive sales through sampling and upselling, and prepare the environment for seasonal promotions. Work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
