Job Summary
Shift Supervisors lead team members to meet shift goals in a fast-paced retail environment, opening/closing duties (solo or with the team), train and coach Team Members, keep the store manager informed on performance, drive excellent customer service and brand advocacy, boost sales through product recommendations and upselling, master milkshakes and chocolates while adhering to recipes and standards, manage cash handling, ensure food safety and quality, organize work areas and prepare the environment for promotions, and take on extra duties with a safety-minded approach.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous customer service and cash-handling experience
- Strong communication skills, interpersonal skills, and exceptional customer service skills
- Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
