Job Summary
Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing support to Recovery Specialist staff while monitoring daily Service Notes and resident financials. Oversee resident admissions, including engagement and orientation, and coordinate appointments and transportation. Lead resident activities, outings, recovery groups, and community engagement opportunities. Deliver crisis intervention, de-escalation, and assist with Incident Reports, ensuring adherence to program policies and required drills. Monitor staff performance, attend supervision meetings, and communicate updates on resident progress. Support residents in goal setting, transition planning, and aftercare within a structured environment. Work Monday through Friday 10am-6pm (40hrs) with some weekend flexibility.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work M-F mid-shift hours, with some weekend flexibility based on the needs of the program
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, acceptable driving record, and sufficient insurance
- Demonstrated ability to lead a team, work independently, manage time, prioritize tasks, take initiative, follow through, and work cooperatively as a member of a team
- Good oral, written, computer, and organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to the changing needs of the program participants
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, caring, and compassion
- Must be at least eighteen years old
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year of applicable experience in the program environment
- Experience with individuals with substance use and/or mental health challenges
