Job Summary
Shift Supervisor responsible for overseeing Team Members to maintain quality service and product, assist in planning and executing sales promotions, handle daily store operations from opening to closing, manage customer interactions, and train/ motivate staff. Requires strong verbal and written communication, experience with register and cash handling, ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and a minimum high school diploma or GED with at least one year of retail experience. Knowledge of beverage preparation and maintaining product standards, plus ability to supervise shifts and ensure adherence to company procedures.
Required Qualifications
