Job Summary
Lead a team of on-site security guards in a college setting, manage and maintain the daily schedule, ensure guards follow and stay updated on instructions, issue and manage access cards, complete daily and incident reports, and collaborate across departments to deliver professional campus safety and customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors. This permanent part-time role (Saturday-Sunday, 3pm–11pm) offers ongoing GardaWorld training and opportunities for career advancement, with uniform provided.
Required Qualifications
- Be authorized to work in Canada
- Hold a valid BC Security License
- Intermediate First Aid (OFA2) - required
- 1 year of experience in security team management
