Lead day-to-day shop operations on the assigned shift, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed while overseeing a high-performance team of hourly Team Members. Partner with the shop leadership team for overall support, assist with scheduling, onboarding and training, and deliver exceptional customer service to guests. Cultivate a welcoming, inclusive culture that embraces individuality and fosters growth for both the team and the business.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience
- 1 year of experience supervising a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
