Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operation of the Krispy Kreme shop on assigned shifts, manage service flow to uphold safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed, build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members, assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours, and deliver exceptional customer service while fostering an inclusive culture that welcomes the individuality of guests and team members.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience
- 1 year of experience supervising a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
