Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the Krispy Kreme shop, manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed, and help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members. Assist the AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours; provide exceptional customer service to guests and foster an inclusive culture. Requires two years of relevant experience, one year of supervision, strong problem-solving and communication skills, 18+ years old, and US work authorization with travel 0-10%.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience
- 1 year of experience supervising a team
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
