Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day operations of the Krispy Kreme shop shift, manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed, lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members, assist AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours, and provide exceptional customer service while nurturing an inclusive culture that welcomes and values each guest and teammate.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience
- 1 year of experience supervising a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Travel Requirements: 0-10%
