Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop by managing service flow to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Oversee an assigned shift and work with shop leadership to support overall operations. Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members while assisting with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours. Provide exceptional customer service to guests by nurturing a culture of inclusion and originality. This role requires two years of relevant experience, one year supervising a team, and must be performed by someone authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience
- 1 year of experience supervising a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Travel Requirements: 0-10%
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
