Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of Krispy Kreme shop during a scheduled shift. Manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed; help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members; assist with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours; deliver exceptional customer service to guests and foster a welcoming, inclusive culture where individuality is valued and respected.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience
- 1 year of experience supervising a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
