Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at Krispy Kreme responsible for leading the day-to-day operations on the shop floor, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed of service. You will build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members, assist the AM/GM with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours, and deliver exceptional customer service that welcomes and values every guest. The role requires at least two years of relevant experience and one year of supervisory experience, plus strong problem-solving and communication skills, with a focus on nurturing an equitable culture. The position is located in Metairie, LA, and requires US work authorization with travel expected between 0-10%.
