Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at Krispy Kreme responsible for leading the day-to-day shop operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed, and developing a high-performance team of hourly Team Members. Oversees shift with shop leadership, supports scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours, and delivers exceptional customer service while nurturing an inclusive culture. Requires two years of relevant experience, one year of supervisory experience, strong problem-solving and communication skills, 18+ years old, and US work authorization. Travel 0-10%.
