Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operational excellence of the shop by managing service flow to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality, and speed. Oversee an assigned shift and partner with shop leadership to support overall operations. Help build and lead a high-performance team of hourly Team Members while assisting with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours. Provide exceptional customer service by nurturing a culture where all identities are welcomed. Requires two years of relevant experience and one year supervising a team. Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience
- 1 year of experience supervising a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
- Has a steadfast commitment to nurture an equitable, unbiased culture where our peeps are empowered to showcase their originality
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Travel Requirements: 0-10%
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
- Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
- Exposure to internal and external environmental conditions
- Shop – fluctuating temperatures and noise levels
- Exposure to known allergens including but not limited to nuts
- Noise of a production and/or processing area
- Non-air-conditioned production
