Job Summary
Lead the day-to-day operations of the Krispy Kreme shop on the assigned shift, manage the flow of service to ensure safety, cleanliness, quality and speed, build and lead a high-performing team of hourly Team Members, assist with scheduling, onboarding, training, and shop tours, and provide exceptional customer service that fosters an inclusive culture where guests feel welcomed and valued.
Required Qualifications
- Two years of relevant experience
- 1 year of experience supervising a team
