Job Summary
Support the Bistro Management team in delivering world-class wine experiences to guests, ensuring friendly, engaging, and memorable service with every interaction. Manage daily operations during the 10am to 7pm schedule across seven days, with only a few dinner shifts for events. Maintain a positive attitude while thriving in a fast-paced environment, upholding clean, professional clothing and stellar grooming habits. Provide leadership with one year of hospitality experience, utilizing reliable transport to reach the vineyard location outside of town.
