Job Summary
Receive deliveries, input inventory data, and restock product while maintaining FIFO order. Mentor and motivate the team by modeling service, dedication, and energy. Monitor inventory levels, verify patient paperwork, and ensure compliance with safety and security procedures. Lead onboarding for new Patient Care Specialists and manage cash handling, discount application, and closing procedures. Maintain an organized store environment and report discrepancies immediately to management. Work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, performing opening and closing duties while supporting open communication with the management team.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or General Education Development (GED)
- Minimum of 2 years combined dispensary, call center, retail, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to include weekends and holidays
- Must be able to complete any needed assistance including oversight and coverage outside of the assigned region as required
- Must be comfortable adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing fractions and decimals, and high-volume cash handling
- Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull objects that weigh up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally twist/bend/stoop/squat, kneel/crawl
Desired Qualifications
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience or study emphasis in biology, medicine, horticulture, agriculture, business, management, or hospitality
- High-level critical thinking, attention to detail, mathematical, language, and reasoning skills
- Excellent computer and technical skills, including experience with web browsers, retail POS systems, and credit card processing terminals
