Job Summary
Conduct daily operations by observing store traffic, assigning tasks, and delivering feedback to ensure the Daily Concept Workflow is followed with precision. Supervise and delegate daily checklists using the task-monitoring system to maintain cleanliness, safety, and Pink Standards while reporting issues promptly. Support new juicers through the global training mantra of Knowledge, Training, Practice, and Validation to build a confident crew. Lead by example to create warm guest interactions, handle in-store feedback professionally, and guide the team in supporting commercial targets and sales performance. Manage deliveries and report accurately throughout the shift. Work during training in Washington, DC at $21 per hour plus tips, transitioning to the Tysons Corner, Virginia location at $18.40 per hour plus tips upon completion.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar supervisory or team lead role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to stay cool and lead under pressure
- Passion for people, service, and personal growth
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a team-first mindset
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift between 50 and 60 lbs
- Must be able to perform bending, stooping, crouching, and squatting movements
- Must be able to safely handle and use sharp objects
- Must be able to work near and operate a hot grill
