Job Summary
Oversee daily sales floor workflow by monitoring customer service calls, assigning tasks, and providing real-time coaching to ensure smooth operations. Deliver high-level customer service by walking the store, addressing complaints, and assisting the Rental Department while maintaining strict adherence to health and safety regulations. Manage shift logistics through morning meetings, huddles, and opening/closing duties, ensuring accurate merchandise stocking and department maintenance. This part-time Sunday role requires availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays, with mandatory weekend days. Candidates must possess strong leadership skills, proficiency with Google Suite, and a high school diploma, with preferred experience in retail hardware or outdoor power equipment.
Required Qualifications
- Part-Time / Sunday availability is required
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- Availability for a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, is essential
- One weekend day is mandatory
- The ability to lift up to 50 pounds periodically is required

Desired Qualifications
