Job Summary
Lead performance of front-end manufacturing production line at Micron Technology, focusing on monitoring production line status, analyzing data, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and resolving production abnormalities. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineers, Equipment Engineers, and Process Owners to optimize Standard Operating Procedures and enhance product quality and efficiency. Candidates should possess strong leadership skills, analytical abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field being essential. Willingness to work rotating day shifts is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience in a manufacturing or engineering role
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
- Demonstrated leadership in team building, mentoring, and coaching
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote)

- Experience with Tableau and SQL
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
