Shift Supervisor HH

Monitor and closely supervise all program and operation staff activities during your shift, ensuring Residents participate in scheduled activities while maintaining safety and security. Coordinate daily operations by witnessing urine screenings and breathalyzer readings, logging incidents, and ensuring accurate resident documentation and appointment calendars. Respond to crisis situations including medical or psychiatric emergencies, supervise client self-administration of medications, and enforce loss of privileges or learning experiences. Facilitate resident activities, groups, and meetings as needed while maintaining the facility's home-like environment. Must be on the floor with residents except during administrative duties, with primary placement in Harbor House residential programs in the Bronx, NY.
