Job Summary
Coordinate program services, activities, and schedules while assisting the clinical and supervisory team with case management for children and youth. Lead shift operations, assign responsibilities to case workers, and ensure adherence to agency policies, safety procedures, and regulatory standards. Provide crisis intervention and behavioral management, assist staff in client assessments, and develop relationships with funding sources and family collaterals. Work nights, weekends, and holidays to support two residential group homes serving at-risk children.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a human services related field (i.e. Psychology, Sociology, Social Work)
- 1- 2 years of direct care experience
- 21 years of age or older
- valid state driver's license
- legally registered and insured car for work use
- Able to work beyond a traditional work schedule including nights, weekends and some holidays
