Shift Supervisor

Oversee daily manufacturing floor operations by monitoring production performance, assigning tasks, and resolving equipment or scheduling issues in real time. Lead the team through pre- and post-shift meetings, provide on-the-job training, and enforce safety and quality standards while ensuring shift goals are met. Act as the primary contact between the shift team and upper management, recording metrics and coordinating material flow to maintain workflow efficiency. Manage personnel-related matters, troubleshooting malfunctions with maintenance as needed, and conduct visual inspections of work in progress.
