Job Summary
Shift Supervisor responsible for store operations during assigned shift, opening and closing retail store, delegating work assignments to team members, providing excellent customer service, handling complaints and refunds, completing daily financial reports, operating the P.O.S. cash register, selling merchandise, inventory/stock duties, merchandising and display, and maintaining a clean, neat store. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least one year of retail experience in cashiering, customer service, display, shipping/receiving, and inventory duties, ability to lead and direct Team Members, basic math for cash handling, and the physical ability to stand, lift up to 40 pounds, and work day/evening/weekend shifts.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or the equivalent
- One year experience in retail sales performing cashiering, customer service, display, shipping/receiving, and inventory duties
- Ability to lead and direct Team Members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and ability to operate register
