Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut responsible for store operations during assigned shift, opening/closing the store, delegating tasks, delivering excellent customer service, handling complaints and refunds, completing daily financial reports, operating the POS system, merchandising and inventory duties, and maintaining a clean, organized store. Requires leading a team, cash handling, basic math, ability to stand for extended periods, lift over 40 pounds, and availability for day/evening/weekend shifts. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or the equivalent
- One year experience in retail sales performing cashiering, customer service, display, shipping/receiving, and inventory duties
- Ability to lead and direct Team Members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and ability to operate register
- Must be able to lift over 40 pounds
- Ability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
