Job Summary
Shift Supervisor at Goodwill of Western and Northern Connecticut overseeing store operations during assigned shifts, opening/closing the store, delegating tasks to associates, delivering excellent customer service, managing POS transactions, handling inventory, merchandising, and maintaining a clean, functional store environment. Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or the equivalent
- One year experience in retail sales performing cashiering, customer service, display, shipping/receiving, and inventory duties
- Ability to lead and direct Team Members
- Basic math skills for cash handling and ability to operate register
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
- Availability to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
