Job Summary
Direct daily store operations by directing workflow, assigning tasks, and ensuring merchandise and production standards are consistently met. Assist with training, coaching, and guiding team members in customer service, merchandising, production, and point-of-sale procedures. Monitor performance to contribute to meeting sales, expense, and production goals while addressing issues as they arise. Ensure adherence to company policies, safety procedures, and mission standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. This mission-driven nonprofit role supports a collaborative leadership team dedicated to impacting and changing lives across Southwest Florida.
Required Qualifications
- Able to follow oral and written instructions
- Knowledge of business-related mathematics
- Ability to stoop, reach, twist, lift, push, pull and move items; lift and carry a minimum of 40 pounds
- Comfortable with standing for long periods of time and the possibility of occasionally working where temperatures and climate can fluctuate
Desired Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- One year of retail sales experience preferred
- Willing to learn how to correctly use all POS and donation systems
