Job Summary
Assist the General Manager in supervising store personnel, achieving key performance metrics, and ensuring efficient daily store operations. Open and close the store, maintain brand standards in visual merchandising, and ensure consistent regulatory compliance with all state-specific regulations. Review company SOPs, communicate changes to staff, and provide coaching focused on service standards and accountability. Monitor store inventory, handle patient issues and escalations, and resolve conflicts while maintaining strict confidentiality. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays up to 40 hours weekly at a salary of $18.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Must possess a valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass a MVR background check
- Must be able to pass a level 1 and level 2 background check
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Must have prior cash handling experience
- Must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must function independently
- Must have flexibility
- Must have personal integrity
- Must have the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, and support agencies
- Must be able to relate to and work with patrons of different ages, abilities, and patrons that at times are experiencing emotional distress, or displaying a hostile attitude
- Must have visual and auditory acuity
- Must be able to operate electronic equipment (computer, scanner, printer, etc.)
- Must comprehend safety procedures
- Must be able to utilize telecommunication devices
- Must be able to communicate in conversational English
- Must be able to uphold a strict level of confidentiality and discretion
Desired Qualifications
- Prior management experience, preferably in retail and/or customer service area
