SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME)

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained. Essential duties include providing training and creating work schedules, evaluating performance, rewarding high performers and disciplining underperformers, preparing production or sales reports to meet quality, productivity and safety standards, acting as the point of contact for employee requests and complaints, mentoring and developing staff, and performing other duties as assigned.
