Shift Supervisors play a key role in day-to-day restaurant operations on shift, supervising the team to maintain a safe, clean environment and ensure best practices are followed. Responsibilities include leading and coordinating team activities, setting schedules, and holding the team accountable while delivering quality guest experiences. Requires 1+ years of supervising experience in a full-service or quick-service restaurant, knowledge of food safety, basic computer skills, ability to multi-task, and strong leadership and communication abilities.
