Job Summary
Shift Supervisors lead on-shift teams in a quick-service/fast-casual restaurant environment, overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring best practices, and holding the team accountable for a safe, clean environment for employees and guests. Candidates should have prior experience leading a team in a quick service or fast casual setting, knowledge of food safety, basic computer skills, the ability to multi-task, and strong leadership and communication abilities. ServSafe certification is preferred. SSP America operates at Newark Liberty International Airport across multiple brands within the portfolio.
Required Qualifications
