Job Summary
Execute store operations by managing openings, closings, and weekend coverage through your team on scheduled shifts and days off. Analyze in-store data to inform decisions that improve customer and overall store performance. Collaborate with store leaders on forecasting, scheduling, and recruitment to manage labor within budget constraints. Cascade new initiatives to drive operational excellence and set challenging goals to boost partner engagement. Coach your team on performance and development while addressing individual challenges and aspirations.
Required Qualifications
- previous experience in leadership, coaching or supervisory experience
- Proven track record of success in driving results and achieving targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Passion for coffee and dedication to delivering quality beverages
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
- Flexible availability to work various shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends
