Job Summary
Ensure all animals in care are fed, watered, and housed in clean enclosures while maintaining compliance with company standards. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating knowledge of store products, services, and promotions. Operate the cash register accurately for sales entry, payments, and credit card transactions. Demonstrate merchandising skills through store resets, endcap building, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment. Provide direction to the team during shifts and communicate feedback to management. Open and close the store.
Required Qualifications
