Job Summary
Ensure all animals in care are properly fed, watered, housed in clean enclosures, and comply with company standards. Provide exceptional customer service by demonstrating product knowledge and handling cash register transactions accurately. Operate merchandising duties including store resets, endcap building, stock rotation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. Provide direction to team members during shifts and communicate feedback to Store or Assistant Managers. Open and close the store daily. Join a team dedicated to top-grade pet care with advancement opportunities to Team Leader, Groom Technician, Assistant Manager, or Store Manager.
Required Qualifications

- Knows how to efficiently operate the cash register
- Provide direction to the team during their shift
- Communicate clearly and accurately important information/feedback to the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager
- Open/close store
