Job Summary
Shift Supervisor is responsible for leading team members during scheduled shifts, addressing guest concerns, and ensuring adherence to company policies to deliver a high-quality guest experience. The role supports the General Manager, delegates tasks, trains staff on policies and procedures, safeguards safety and security, and maintains professionalism and teamwork while overseeing operation details and customer interactions. The position requires guiding staff, resolving guest issues, providing accurate information about games and facility features, and contributing to staff development and performance assessments.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- At least 6 months experience as a Senior Arcade Attendant or similar
- Demonstrated leadership and communication skills
- Ability to handle customer service situations calmly and effectively
