Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of the Facilities Department by prioritizing, delegating, and verifying completion of all work orders in a timely manner. Manage preventive maintenance schedules for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, and building equipment while ensuring all activities adhere to OSHA standards and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with contractors to verify scope of work and quality of service, and lead emergency response efforts for floods, leaks, and outages. Document repairs, track equipment performance, and provide updates to management. This role provides leadership to maintenance staff to ensure a safe, efficient, and well-maintained property at Caesars New Orleans.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership skills to lead maintenance staff
- Ability to prioritize, delegate, and verify completion of work orders
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance programs for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, kitchen, and building equipment
