Job Summary
Shift Supervisor for Fabrication (3rd shift) overseeing Salvagnini machine lines and leading machine operators who bend, cut, and fabricate parts for Remote Power Panels. Responsible for maintaining safety, quality, and production schedules; training and developing staff; coordinating with other departments to improve processes and efficiency; strong leadership and communication skills; capable of interpreting blueprints/technical drawings and working in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience supervising machine operation and fabrication operations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
