Shift Supervisor, Fabrication - 2nd shift

Job Summary
Supervise Salvagnini machine lines on 2nd shift and lead machine operators in bending, cutting, and fabricating parts for Remote Power Panels (RPPs); collaborate with other departments to improve production processes and efficiency; ensure production schedules are met and products meet quality standards; enforce safety regulations and company policies; train and develop production staff; monitor inventory of raw materials and finished products; read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings; leverage expertise in tooling, CNC, and programming to optimize fabrication operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience supervising machine operation and fabrication operations
- Salvagnini machine experience highly preferred
- Expertise in press brake, panel bending, tooling, CNC, and programming preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment
