Job Summary
Shift Supervisor responsible for overseeing the Branch Circuit Whip assembly line, ensuring production schedules, quality standards, and safety, while leading and developing a team of technicians who assemble BC Whips to precise specifications (length, labeling, connectors, wire gauge, wire count, conduit size). Functions include supervising production staff, managing inventory, aligning with other departments to improve processes, and implementing training to enhance skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of manufacturing machine equipment
