Shift Supervisor

Oversee daily store operations as a Starbucks Supervisor, including beverage and food preparation, ensuring smooth opening and closing procedures, managing cash handling and till reconciliation, monitoring drive-thru and cafe service for speed and accuracy, and coaching and motivating team members to foster a positive, customer-focused environment.
