Shift Supervisor

Oversee daily store operations by managing opening and closing procedures, ensuring beverage and food consistency, and monitoring drive-thru and cafe service times. Assist with cash handling, reconcile tills, and coordinate team restocking and cleanliness to maintain smooth customer flow. Coach and mentor colleagues to foster a supportive atmosphere while embodying the Starbucks vision in both customer interactions and internal processes. Work part-time or permanent shifts including weekends and holidays at a rate of £13.40 hourly with access to a bonus scheme, free food and drink, and comprehensive wellbeing resources.
