Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by preparing beverages and food items, managing customer flow, and maintaining cleanliness. Assist with cash handling, ensuring accurate register transactions and till reconciliation. Monitor the drive-thru and cafe to maintain quick service times while upholding order quality. Coach and mentor colleagues to foster a supportive atmosphere that embodies the Starbucks vision. This part-time role in Ramsbottom offers an hourly rate of £13.40 with a bonus incentive scheme, free food and drink during shifts, and access to learning and development opportunities.
