Shift Supervisor

Project a leadership image in verbal and written communications and assist management in enforcing controls and systems to meet or exceed goals. Lead team members to meet shift goals while ensuring adherence to all company human resource practices. Perform other tasks as directed by a manager. This role requires standing or walking 100% of the time, occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs, and frequently lifting up to 25 lbs. The schedule is 30 hours a week, either from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM or 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
