Shift Supervisor- Eagle House

Coordinate shift operations by ensuring appropriate staffing, schedule coverage, and required equipment for all team members at the 24-bed psychiatric residential treatment facility. Monitor daily program activities including admissions, discharges, transportation, and special events to ensure safe and efficient operations while maintaining a consistent supervisory presence in the milieu. Respond to crises and operational needs by coordinating emergency responses and serving as the shift leader during critical incidents. Ensure compliance with program policies, safety protocols, Therapeutic Crisis Intervention (TCI), and regulatory standards through routine walkthroughs of environmental safety and client supervision. Oversee completion of required client care activities including safety checks, nursing documentation, and client debriefings, then complete end-of-shift responsibilities such as staff debriefing and parent notifications.
